Leonardo's Pizza & Pasta - Authentic Italian Flavors in Glen Allen, VA

This is Thomas; was just there with my mother & our long time neighbors; Amber waited on us & I talked to the other waitress I though was resembled pretty ladies from a Hispanic family I know...We, the 4 of us, dined in for lunch & it was great! My friend getting going on N on about her pizza bianco (blanco?), maybe the best steak fries I've ever had; looking forward to return!

My wife and I usually eat here once every two weeks or sometimes once a week. We have gotten to know many of the staff which makes it fun. We’ve never been disappointed or received bad service or food. We highly recommend Leonardo’s. We’ve even had the opportunity to speak with the owner who is very engaging and kind. We’d like to give a special shout out to Barbara.

Delicious food. I've never had a bad experience while dining in. Normally I do not have a problem when ordering takeout either. Except recently I placed an online order before leaving work at 4:25 p.m. on a Friday. The online system said that the order would be ready by 4:48 p.m. they were very busy so it is understandable that the online system wasn't accurate. However, I waited there until 6:05 p.m, over an hour past. I asked several times about my order while I was waiting, and just kept being told by the young girls that "I'm sorry they are still working on it". By this time, of course I was tired and couldn't stand it anymore it was only one pizza and an order of wings. The wings had long been ready but the pizza never came up, So I was told that it seemed to have been lost and they were remaking it. I ended up asking for a refund I couldn't spend my whole Friday night in that tiny takeout area. I'm still giving a five-star because I really love the restaurant, and I'm not going to give a low rating over one single experience. I will also add that the manager who issued the refund was very kind, and even gave me the wings with the full refund. I just hope you will find a better solution to keeping track of your takeout orders so that the situation doesn't happen again.

Had a drink at the bar and got some amazing food! The Margarita was perfect. For dinner I went with the Lasagna and some bread pudding. Both were extremely good! Definitely looking forward to coming back here

This is a very quality pizza. I prefer a thin crust these days and Leonardo’s is perfection to me. This review is for the veggie pie. Sauce and ingredients are superb. Nice flavor from the oven. I picked it up but atmosphere inside was very nice . Probably a nice place to dine in and have a nice beer or cocktail.

I was curious about this place, so I decided to give it a go. I ordered an Xl deluxe to go. Plenty of toppings, great flavor and left me and my family full with 2 slices leftover :) It was prepared quickly and the staff were friendly while I waited. I love how customizable it is. I have acid reflux, so the amount of sauce was great although I’d probably get a side of marinara for crust.
